My Graduation.
My son is very proud of his mom.
My name is Olga Delgadillo. I worked for 2 years in Baltimore International Academy which is a Baccalaureate and an Immersion school. I was teaching Maryland curriculum to my 1st and 2nd grade students in Russian language. It was a great experience for them to acquire a new language and learn about a different culture. It was a great experience for me to pass my knowledge and share my culture with my students. In 2012, I completed IB training courses and earned a certificate in IB PYP Category 1 that teaches students to become more active, compasionate and lifelong learners.
In May of 2011, I graduated from University of Maryland with the degree in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Mathematics. Before enrolling in University of Maryland, I graduated from Prince Georges Community College with High Honors.
I am originally from Russia where I worked for three years as a nurse. But when I had my son in 2000, I decided to become a teacher. I successfully taught him math, the alphabet, and reading before he enrolled into kindergarten. Now, he is in 9th grade and a very successful scholar. I speak English, Russian and right now I am learning Spanish. I live with my son, my husband and my dog Pelusa who both are from Bolivia. Recently we rescued a cat and named him Sr. Francis. I love spending time with them. You can leave your information here, or use my e-mail address: [email protected] Thank you.
